What if I miss a class?

At Sensitive Stability we understand that you are busy. If you miss a class, or find that the class times do not fit your schedule, you can always view the video recording at a later date and time of your choosing.

In fact, many students choose to take the entire course through recording alone, as it is more convenient for them!
