Interventive Emotional Skills (IES) was created by Kevin Reynolds as a way to help people manage their BPD and get to remission fastest. The IES Symptom Map is used to give someone with BPD a better way to navigate their triggers and symptoms, and ultimately eliminate the symptoms. This tool was developed by Kevin Reynolds himself to help you create your own symptom map at any given time. It is suggested to create new symptom maps throughout your journey as you are able to better handle your triggers.
