Anecdotal Library (BPD Stories)

If you or someone you love is struggling to identify with the condition, or maybe it has been tough feeling alone in it all, sometimes it can help to hear the stories of other people who have suffered through the condition. Our Anecdotal Library is composed of a series of short stories of people’s struggle with the condition. The diversity in these stories shows how differently it can manifest and makes it easier to relate.

Comprehensive

BPD Self-Assessment

One of the greatest hurdles in improving and conquering BPD is understanding how it has manifested for you. This Comprehensive BPD Self-Assessment is not a substitute for a diagnosis; however, it can point you in the right direction in terms of what would be required to correct BPD behavior as it has manifested for you. It is strongly advised that anyone suffering from BPD (or thinking they may suffer from BPD) takes this self-assessment to better understand their own delineation of the condition.

Terms & Awareness Lexicon

Some common themes exist within the BPD architype. Whether you have BPD yourself or someone you love is afflicted, it can help to have a basic understanding of the symptoms, features, and some BPD terminology. This lexicon will educate you on the foundations of the condition.

BPD Identification Guide

Educate yourself on the various types of BPD and corresponding symptoms with our BPD Identification Guide. Understanding the types of BPD can help you better identify the skills and perspective changes necessary to get to remission. This guide will go over the four sub-types of BPD including Discouraged, Impulsive, Petulant, and Self-Destructive.
